Building Sovereignty, One Program at a Time

——— OUR PROGRAMS ———

From financial education to strategic partnerships, every program is designed to move our community from consumer to owner.

What We Build

Every program at Kalpulli Corridors connects to one goal: economic sovereignty for our community.

We're a young organization. We're building strategically, starting with what we can deliver excellently right now while laying groundwork for larger programs ahead.

Financial Literacy & Credit Building
FINANCIAL LITERACY IMAGE.png

You can't build wealth if no one ever taught you how money works. Our financial literacy programs cover everything from understanding credit scores to building investment portfolios—knowledge that's been gatekept from working-class communities for generations.

This isn't generic financial advice. It's strategic education designed for people who've been systematically excluded from wealth-building systems. We teach you the game so you can play it—and win.

Three Sisters Alliance
THREE SISTERS ALLIANCE IMAGE.png

Like corn, beans, and squash growing stronger together—organizations in alliance thrive where they would struggle alone. The Three Sisters Alliance is our partnership model where nonprofits share resources, refer clients, and build collective power.

Not limited to three members. The "Three Sisters" is the principle of mutual growth, not a membership cap. We're stronger together than any of us are alone.

Beat The Streets Prison Outreach
OUTREACH PROGRAM Beat The Streets Prison Outreach.png

The system feeds on cycles—incarceration, release, re-incarceration. Beat The Streets breaks that cycle with a curriculum written from inside prison walls, by people who lived it.

"How To Beat The Streets: Seeds of Success" isn't theory from academics who studied incarceration. It's a roadmap built by the Inside Hustle Network—currently and formerly incarcerated individuals who decided to document the path out while walking it themselves. When the first 100 copies were distributed at the McConnell Unit, study groups formed organically. Men started having different conversations with their families. The mindset spread like wildfire.

This isn't rehabilitation. This is transformation—from the inside out.

- Identifying Bird Brain Beliefs – The limiting beliefs shaped by environment, experience, and miseducation that keep people trapped in cycles of failure

- Classifying Failure – Understanding basic, intelligent, and complex failures so you can respond to setbacks constructively instead of destructively

- Unlocking Purpose & Potential – Exercises to clarify what you're actually building toward, not just what you're running from

- Recognizing External Threats – Identifying the "birds" (people, triggers, environments) that swoop in and devour your potential before you act on it

- The Money Tree Method – Entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and credit fundamentals (Book 2 in the series)

- Reentry Financial Planning – Preparing for the real challenges: bank account denials, employment discrimination, credit rebuilding from zero

Housing Pathways
HOUSING VISION IMAGE.png

The community land trust model is at the heart of our long-term vision. When fully operational, our Housing Pathways program will remove land from the speculative market forever—creating permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for Southside families.

We're currently building our foundation: establishing partnerships, developing funding strategies, and laying the groundwork for our first property acquisitions. This takes time to do right, and we're committed to building something that lasts generations—not rushing to launch something half-ready.

- Community-owned land held in trust forever
- Permanently affordable homeownership
- Resale restrictions that maintain affordability
- Priority pathways for justice-impacted individuals
- Transition support from renting to owning

✓ 501(c)(3) status secured
✓ CLT legal structure established
✓ Board and governance in place
◯ First property acquisition (actively pursuing funding)
◯ Housing program launch (as resources allow)

The Tianquiztli District
Tianqztli District.png

Our ultimate vision: transform San Antonio's Southside corridors from consumer extraction zones into wealth-building districts. The Tianquiztli District will feature community-owned commercial spaces, local investment opportunities, and six guilds covering everything from trades to finance.

This isn't a program we're launching tomorrow—it's the north star we're building toward. Every workshop we teach, every partnership we form, every dollar we raise moves us closer to this vision of a Southside that owns itself.
